Ellen Marsden has been involved in music education for over 30 years, working in the UK and Spain.
As an oboist, she played and recorded extensively with all the major London orchestras.
She has created many large-scale educational initiatives in South West England, and now runs the Dorset Rural Music School in Blandford, Dorset, offering affordable, high-quality tuition for learners of all ages.
Ellen designs and delivers full-school workshops and year-group sessions across the academic year for Tree of Strings. She connects this to the wider programme so children can meet artists and perform together.
